Beauty by Bela always has the best in mind for our customers. We will do as much as we can to ensure our customers are satisfied with all orders. By purchasing from Beautyxbela.com, you agree to the following terms below.

 

PROCESSING/SHIPPING

Orders ship on Monday, but can be shipped later in the week as well.

Confirmation emails with tracking information are sent after each order has been processed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to process. 

Due to the worldwide pandemic, shipping may be delayed. If you don't receive your item by the expected delivery date, please wait 2-4 business days for your items to arrive. Thank you for your patience in advance! 

We closely inspect every package to ensure our products leave our hands in the highest quality. Once items are shipped out, Beauty by Bela is NOT responsible for any damaged or lost items in transit. We are also NOT responsible for wrong addresses. Please (triple) check that your contact information and address is correct. Contact us immediately here or DM us on Instagram (@Beautyxbela) to correct any order mistakes. If we have not been contacted within 24 hours with the correct information, items will be sent to listed address.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Incorrect or Missing Items

If for whatever reason you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer care team on our "Contact Us" page with your name and order number. Once we receive the incorrect item back, we will ship you out the correct item(s) ASAP! While it is never our intention to ship wrong items, we are not perfect and we do apologize in advance. 

 

Returns / Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the health and safety of our customers, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Unless an order is incorrect or missing, no returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed. If you believe your circumstance is unique, please contact our customer care team and we will evaluate the situation to work with you in order to make it right. Your happiness and satisfaction is most important to us!
