At Beauty by Bela, we take pride in every order we send out. Please read the following policies before making a purchase — by completing a purchase on beautyxbela.com, you agree to the terms below.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Orders ship Monday through Friday.
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Beauty by Bela is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at beautyxbela@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @beautyxbela. We'll do our best to make corrections, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed and shipped.
Once your package leaves our hands, Beauty by Bela is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the carrier. If you experience an issue in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because our products are professional skincare items, all sales are final for health and safety reasons. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
If you received the wrong item or your order arrived incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beautyxbela@gmail.com with your name, order number, and a photo if applicable. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out and we'll review it on a case-by-case basis. Your satisfaction genuinely matters to us and we will always do our best to work with you.

These products are curated and recommended by Izabela Famularo, a licensed esthetician. Individual results may vary. If you have questions about which products are right for your skin, please contact us before purchasing — we're happy to help guide you.
