Because we carry professional skincare products, all sales are final for health and hygiene reasons. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or damaged items.
We encourage you to reach out before purchasing if you have any questions about a product — we're happy to help you find the right fit for your skin.

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing something, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beautyxbela@gmail.com with the following:
- Your name and order number
- A description of the issue
- A photo of what you received (if applicable)
Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll ship the correct item to you at no additional cost. We take full responsibility for any errors on our end.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
