Always start by applying a serum, slippery moisturizer or oil to help tool glide across the face or body without pulling or damaging the skin
Glide tool behind and across neck, jawline, cheeks, under eyes, brow area and forehead in a scraping, upwards motion. Do each motion 5-10 times on each side of face/body.
This stainless steel gua sha can be used on many areas of your body. Make sure to clean gua sha after every use and store in a safe, clean place.
For best results, use 3-5 times a week.
